Neige Bubble Sparkling Apple Wine
Fruit Wine from
NEIGE Bubble is a sparkling cider made from fresh hand picked apples. Produced using the traditional method, this naturally sparkling cider is dosed with NEIGE Premiere apple ice wine which makes it unique, special, refreshing and delicate!
Golden yellow with light reflections. The bubbles are fine, sharp and generous. Pure and clean, the aromas remind one of fresh apple and white flower. Delightfully light and a perfect balance of sugar and acidity. The whole is limpid and persistent in mouth.
Driven by a passionate desire to create an authentic product inspired by the bracing chill of the Québec winter, François Pouliot, a well-known film producer, helped to develop the first apple ice wine in 1994 at his boutique cidery, La Face Cachée de la Pomme (The Hidden Face of the Apple) in Hemmingford, Québec. Neige, which means snow in French, is made from the pressed juice of apples, which is concentrated as it freezes during the cold Québec winters at La Face Cachée de la Pomme. View all Neige Wines

Alcohol By Volume GuideMost wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.
