Winemaker's Notes: This is a delicately salmon pink colored wine with a fruity character that makes it extremely versatile with a wide range of food, especially spicy or hot dishes. With delicious cherry aromas from Pinot Noir and structure from a hint of Chardonnay, it can take on the heartier fare that a more shy and retiring sparkler might shy away from. This is the wine to serve throughout the upcoming picnic-barbecue-casual dining al fresco season.
