YUM! This rose often wins in our blind rose tastings. It's very dry, and being Cabernet Sauvignon based, it's got some structure and bite to it as well. Wonderful food wine or on it's own on a hot summer day - not a fruity rose, but delightful.
Tried the 2009 - Dry, with flavors of strawberry and pomegranate, delightful well chilled - I can see this with spring rolls and cold shrimp salad - but it was equally good by itself on the deck this evening. Highly recommended!
