Imported from Spain. Montsarra is produced in accordance with Mothode Champenoise Cava. This Cava is produced from three grape varieties from the Penedes: "Macabeo", "Xarel.lo" and "Parellada", carefully selected from our "Heredad". From the blend of these three wines, we obtain a base wine. By undergoing two fermentations, the base wine becomes the "Cava" Montsarra. After the addition of sugar and yeast, a slow and quiet fermentation takes place in the depth of our cellars. There, with a constant temperature and protected against light and vibrations, our Cavas acquire their intensely personal bouquet.
