Winemaker's Notes

The 2012 vintage was a great year for working with the optimal ripeness of Pinot Gris fruit. This is a blend from seven different vineyard blocks from the property, each block giving something special to the final blend. There is no skin contact before the wine is placed in ferments. Each block fermented separately all done 100% in stainless steel tanks with a combination of 50% Commercial yeast and 50% Native yeast, and blending was done post fermentation to bring out the most amount of aromatics and distinctive flavor profile.
