Warm summer days and cool foggy nights are the key to allowing the vines to slowly develop the rich and complex aromas and flavors found in the 1998 Monterra Cabernet Sauvignon. The glass is first filled with an aromatic blend of cherries and licorice that are integrated with soft oak and hints of chocolate. A solid structure of smooth tannins support spice, toasty oak flavors and classical Cabernet fruit.
