The house style of Champagne at Montaudon is rich and toasty, with notes of almond and brioche toast, combined with crisp green apple and lime accents. Elegant yet energetic.
Appearance: Fine colour with golden and straw reflections. A wealth of sparkle
forming a long lasting mousse.
Nose: Expressive note – scents of flowers and exotics fruits especially mango.
Palate: Clean style defined by fresh fruit tastes. This fresh and harmonious
blend makes a good balance between strength and distinction.
