Winemaker's Notes

A blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

This wine celebrates our journey in life and our partnership in winemaking. Just as we use our seperate abilities to enhance our winemaking, we blend the seperate characters of these two classic varieties to create a wine that is powerful, opulent, elegant and seamless.

Savory full-flavored meats such as roasted lamb, beef short ribs or even spice-rubbed or barbequed chicken pair well with this wine. Especially delicious with dried cherries, salted marcona almonds and dark chocolate.

Drink now through 2017.

Critical Acclaim

"Big, ripe and focused, offering a blast of cherry and plum, with a welcome floral note that lasts thruogh the long, vivid finish. Has a touch of spice as the finish lingers against fine tannins. Drink now through 2017. "
