This is a classic Aussie Cabernet with an intense varietal nose and delicious ripe fruit. This wine is named after Sparky who put himself through winemaking college as a left-handed Maitre D'.
Sourced from our cooler climate vineyards, it is rich, intensely flavoured, yet elegant in style. Sparky thinks this is the best vintage ever.
Pairs well with savory, full-flavored meats such as roasted lamb, beef short ribs or even spice-rubbed or barbequed chicken. Especially delicious with hard cheeses and dark chocolate. Can be consumed with or without friends.
