Winemaker's Notes

An animated and bright nose showing flashes of black pepper and stone fruits. Rich and full bodied on the palate with flavours of blackcurrant, anise and mixed spice. The palate is multilayered and finishes with supple tannin.

This Mitolo is the best. It has a remarkable bouquet with low acid and great fruitiness. This would go best with a strong meal such as steak or heavy pasta. I will definitly have this again.

Loved the shiraz. Great for cook outs. Each year is the same quality. Very consistent wine.

Unfortunately I only bought 2 bottles and now the price has gone up. It is still a good deal. Had it with a great Texas barbequed brisket
