I felt this wine was a bit too heavy for a pinot grigio. It was also missing the normal crisp flavor of this type of wine
This wine has become a standard in my kitchen and frequently pairs with light dishes that won't overpower this tasty but light wine. White fish with red peppers, a little garlic, olive oil, and lemon pair nicely when I don't have a Marlborough Sav-blanc around. It also goes well with mild cheeses.
This is a dry pinot grigio.I usually go for fruitier, but this one grew on me. My husband, who only drinks, took to it immediately. Will definitely order a case if available.
