The 2000 Sauvignon Blanc harvest was substantially short on quantity, but the quality was quite good. This wine is highly aromatic with melon, citrus, hay and pear notes delicately supported by vanilla and spice from the few new barrels. In the mouth the wine is concentrated and harmonious with a subtle element of vibrant acidity.
