Colour: Deep garnet red.

Nose: Intense regional definition along with cassis chocolate aromas with charred vanillin oak.

Palate: A full-bodied wine with soft fine-grained tannins, rich palate and good persistance. Strong Shiraz fruit flavours of pepper, spice and cherry are complemented by subtle underlay of coconut/vanillin American oak.
