90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah
Maycas Cabernet Sauvignon is bright ruby red in color with aromas of red cherry, plum, and blackberry mixed with hints of white pepper, coffee and toasted bread. Full-bodied and dense with black fruit flavors that peak in the velvety and endless finish.
Enjoy with prime steak, stews and grilled and roasted meats such as pork and veal.
"Ruby-red. Pungent, smoke-accented aromas of cherry, licorice and musky herbs. Juicy and taut but also showing good ripeness, with fleshy cherry and spice flavors supported by a nervy spine of acidity. Picks up darker fruit character and sweetness with air and finishes with fine-grained tannins and a suggestion of cherry compote. This looks like it could actually take a few more years in the cellar."
