We offer two ways to locate information:
We have added the following products to your shopping cart from a previous visit:
Red wines that are more fruit-forward and lighter in tannin and body.
Medium bodied reds that go down easy, with smooth tannins and supple fruit.
Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.
Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.
Our goal is to allow the wine to develop its own depth and distinctive characteristics. Twelve months of aging in French oak barrels develops a rounder, creamier texture in the wine. Soft, sweet clove overtones back aromatics thick with smoky vanilla and a whisper of anise. This pretty and intense wine with a nice, luscious mouth-filling character is full of dark, lightly smoked, sweet fruit, layered with rich texture and a mellow tannic backbone.
Pair our Cabernet Sauvignon with a dish of roasted rack of lamb topped with fresh mint and Dijon Mustard, or your favorite cut of steak.
"It's really easy to drink this fine Cabernet. It's not an ager or anything like that, but it’s rich, ripe in sweet blackberry, blueberry and cocoa flavors, and balanced in acidity and smooth tannins. It just feels fine in the mouth."

The atmosphere of Sonoma is decidedly laid back and down home country style. But in wines, they are keeping up with the...Read More About Sonoma County
(cab-uhr-NAY sow-veeh-yawn) King of Red Many refer to Cabernet Sauvignon as the king of red grapes. Either way, this grape is responsible, as a whole or a partner, for some of the greatest wines in the world. In Bordeaux,...Read More About Cabernet Sauvignon
