The Albariño has an attractive yellow lemony color with greenish tones in the rim with a slight effervescence. Outstanding because of its special intensity and elegance, its aroma brings to mind dew-drenched fresh herbs and the perfume of ripe apples and apricots and peaches.
On the palate, the wine has a complex range of flavors among which the freshness of the vegetation from the valley and the essence of this particular varietal are extremely well-enhanced. Persistent, full-bodied and well-structured and long aftertaste, it's a true classic.
This wine makes a nice warm weather aperitif or is perfect with scallops, fried oysters and cold pasta salads.
