Winemaker's Notes:
Vineyard: Canajas single vineyard. A more than 50
year-old single vineyard located at over 480 m above
sea level within our 300 ha Ygay Estate (Rioja Alta).
Recommended foods: All red meats, roasts and
game. Excellent also with cheeses.
Decanting: It is recommended to decant forty minutes
before serving.
Grapes: 86% Tempranillo, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6%
Graciano. |
