A blend of 95% Pinot Grigio and 5% Chardonnay.
The 2007 Pinot Grigio is a light golden color. The nose is scented with grapefruit and pear, and on the palate orange fruits come to the forefront. Mango and orange zest are accented by notes of guava and a pronounced minerality. The wonderful acidity and full-bodied texture carry through a delicious lemony finish with hints of apricot. This wine will be at its peak from now through the end of 2009.
"This a rich, mouthful of a pinot grigio that also includes a splash of chardonnay for extra intrigue. Always a favorite for its texture and mouthfeel, clean fruit and minerality. This is a food-friendly white for any night of the week. 90 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Fairly pale color. Fresh peach and lemon on the nose, with notes of honey, butter and earth. Quite delicate on the palate, with lovely subtle intensity and very good cut to the peach and orange blossom flavors. Lively acidity (only 30% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation) gives grip and verve to the mid-palate and finish. Another excellent value."

I normally do not drink Pinot Grigio, but I really enjoyed this and will order more.
would def purchase great on a hot day
Good reviews, decent name, great winemaker, but it tasted like I bit into a orange peel - will retry with a group of others shortly - I'm looking elsewhere..
