This is one of the very few wines which actually pairs perfectly with Turkey, most reds don't. It is also very easy to drink so it is approachable for both vetran and novice wine drinkers. If you really want to enjoy the experience and impress your friends but it in the fridge for 10 minutes before you serve it. Your family will be shocked you put a slight chill on it but it brings out all of the great fruit flavors and just tastes incredible. Such a great value also at this price. Supple crushed strawberry flavors underscored by zesty nuances of peppercorns, gentle tannins and a clean acidity, finishing on a succulent, refreshing note.
