Winemaker Notes
Yellow-green in color with golden hues. Filled with intense tropical fruits aromas such as pineapple and mango combined with peach and an elegant vanilla touch. On the palate it shows great volume and concentration with a mineral and citric finish. Its oak aging provides this wine elegance and complexity.
Serve with shellfish, especially oysters, shrimps, crab cakes, seared salmon fillet, seafood salad, roasted chicken or turkey, guacamole, pasta dishes with cream sauce, beef carpaccio, or simply enjoy as an aperitif.
Cellaring potential of 3 to 4 years.
