A fruity style of Sauvignon Blanc: fleshy in texture, full bodied, and smooth and long on the palate. It has flavors of tropical fruit (guava, pineapple), and lemon grass. For dinking over the next one to two years.
Grapes are organically grown on 35-40 year old vines on 8x14 (bi-lateral cordons) and on 8x10 (head pruned) spacing. Cover crops and leaf pulling are practiced to promote optimal vineyard conditions. Ladybugs -- not chemicals -- are used to combat pests.
