Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

Straw yellow with light golden hues. Extremely elegant, intense, harmonious and complex, with evident notes of melon and candied fruit; aromas of jasmine, white peach, apricot, orange blossom, pear, banana, honey, mango and wild flowers; finish with a delicate notes of brioche and flint. The palate is fresh, smooth and long, with a great balance and a mineral note perfectly integrated; complex and persistent aromas, with great impact.

Critical Acclaim

"Aromas of sliced mangoes and bananas with hints of white pepper on the nose of this white follow through to a full body, with bright acidity and a crisp finish. This is always wonderful and intense. Really spicy too. Screw cap. Drink now. "
