Winemaker's Notes:

The Lindemans Bin 45 Cabernet Sauvignon was assembled from grapes sourced from diverse vineyard regions to produce a complex, full flavoured Cabernet, which shows great varietal character with balanced subtle oak. Winemaker Phillip Johns Comments: Colour: Deep plum red. Nose: An attractive nose displaying excellent varietal fruit character. The aromas are of ripe dark berry fruit, violets and a hint of green leaf. Palate: The wine is medium bodied and full flavoured in style with a palate of wonderful sweet berried Cabernet fruits with cassis notes. This flavour is supported by a gentle oak influence. Serving and cellaring suggestions: Lindemans Bin 45 Cabernet Sauvignon is an ideal example of the Lindemans Bin Series. With its dark berry and herbaceous characters this is a prime example of Cabernet Sauvignon and is ideal for immediate enjoyment. However, it also has the weight and structure to develop and become more complex with short term cellaring. Try the Lindemans Bin 45 with beef Wellington, roast leg of lamb or hard cheeses such as Parmigiano or Romano.
