The Lindemans Bin 45 Cabernet Sauvignon was assembled from grapes sourced from diverse vineyard regions to produce a complex, full flavoured Cabernet, which shows great varietal character with balanced subtle oak. Winemaker Phillip Johns Comments: Colour: Deep plum red. Nose: An attractive nose displaying excellent varietal fruit character. The aromas are of ripe dark berry fruit, violets and a hint of green leaf. Palate: The wine is medium bodied and full flavoured in style with a palate of wonderful sweet berried Cabernet fruits with cassis notes. This flavour is supported by a gentle oak influence. Serving and cellaring suggestions: Lindemans Bin 45 Cabernet Sauvignon is an ideal example of the Lindemans Bin Series. With its dark berry and herbaceous characters this is a prime example of Cabernet Sauvignon and is ideal for immediate enjoyment. However, it also has the weight and structure to develop and become more complex with short term cellaring.
