Les Vignerons d'Estezargues
Estezargues winery is a small co-op created in 1965 with ten
owners. They produce either single wines (one producer): the
Domaines or blended wines (La Granacha, for example).
Domaine des Fées was the name chosen by the owner of the
property, Carole Martinez. She wanted the name to reflect all of
the plants and foliage that help her in the vine growing as "fairies",
especially in her biological way of producing.
