This unique white blend is a sensory revelation. We wondered what it would be like to blend grapes from three high-elevation vineyards from across Argentina from three talented growers, and we were happily surprised. This baby is bright, fresh, and crisp with ripe white peach and floral notes in the nose. Honeydew rind, ripe apple and a hint of crisp lime explode on the palate, quickly followed by a complex and balanced finish. For food partners, we're still pondering what food this wouldn't go with, but for sure it's a wine to keep in the fridge for all occasions between Easter and Halloween.
"Mineral and tropical notes, ripe, some complexity, good acidity, well-balanced."
The Wine Advocate
"A natural type of blended white with vanilla, powdered sugar, peach, pear and citrus on the bouquet. The palate is fresh and zesty, with apple, citrus and peach flavors, and no oak, resin or toast foisted into the glass. Nicely focused throughout, with a good mouthfeel. Chardonnay with 15% each of Sauvignon Bland and Torrontes."
"Pale color. Orange peel and an oily note on the nose. Spicy and appealing, with sweet soft citrus fruit framed by ripe acidity. Supple and nicely bright wine with a slightly spiky finish."

Smooth & Supple
Has a bitter sweet taste when sipping but finishes with a tremendous amount of grapefruit and lemon (I assume that's the sauv blanc). Great wine for the price.
