Inky-garnet, medium full body. Bright viscous fruit is nicely integrated with aromatics and tannins. Small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec add more depth to this wine's complexity.

The 3.5 acrea La Garza Vineyard was planted in 1968 and 1971, making it one of the oldest Cabernet vineyards in Oregon. The harsh growing environment of the southern hillside Umpqua Valley vineyards produces intensely flavored, tight berry clusters. Annual production is about 2000 cases.
