The 2010 Los Carneros release is an excellent example of the region's dark, earthy style with a smooth, silky texture that emphasizes the juicy acidity and rich, savory quality of the vintage. The nose is highlighted by lovely forest floor elements, including hints of cedar and morels, while the palate is rich with dark plum, cocoa powder, espresso and clove.
