Winemaker's Notes:

Color: Pale straw with touches of green and gold.

Aroma: Perfumed Chardonnay, reminiscent of nectarines, pineapple and sherbert. Grapefruit and hazelnut aromas are underscored by the butterscotch of malolactic and a hint of honey.

Palate: A rich, full palate, characterised by great fruit intensity, with peach, mango and pineapple balanced with malolactic sweetness. This is a powerful wine, with integrated flavours and great balance that persists well.

A true expression of Chardonnay fruit Food Match: Ideal with white meats and seafood, the wine without oak is a perfect accompaniment to ‘fusion' style Pacific rim food.
