The natural rich and fruity character of Chardonnay is evident in this vintage of Kenwood's White Table wine. A portion of the Chardonnay was fermented in French oak to give the wine a slight toasted vanilla aroma. The
balance of the blend was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit character. After fermentation the oaked and the un-oaked lots were blended together to form a delicious, well balanced wine.
The crisp, bright fruit flavors of this wine are perfect when served as an aperitif or with salads, fruit and cheese, light pasta dishes and fish.
