Winemaker's Notes

Our 2006 Cabernet was matured in new and one & two year old French oak for 15 months. The wine was neither fined nor filtered.

Ruby and dense garnet

Strong up-font blackberry and spice box with toasty characters. Old fashioned in style Palate: Firm tannin, dark berries, intense with a long finish. Opulent palate with great structure.

Our 2006 Cabernet is one our best to date and should drink well over the next 10 years.
