Winemaking Notes: Made from free-run juice of carefully selected grapes harvested in the properties of "D'Espiells" (Macabeo and Xarello), "Can Massana" (Parellada) and "La Cuscona" (Macabeo). Aged at least four years in the bottle before release.
Tasting Notes: Warm and mellow aromas are met on the palate with dry, soft, and smooth flavors. Silken and creamy finish.
Food Match: A great companion to cream-based soups, shellfish, patés, or as a delightful aperitif.
