Winemaker's Notes

This Gruner Veltliner is the lightest of all the Jurtschitsch Estate wines. With its light-hearted spicy aromatics, freshening acidity, alcohol lightness and yet still full on the palate, this Gruener Veltliner has gathered fans from all over the world.

The Gruner Veltliner 2010 also turns out to be a wonderful aperitif, a gorgeous refreshment on a hot summers day, a pick-you-up after strenuous activities and a savory accompaniment to poultry and salads, smoked delicacies and pasta.

At that time the estate of Josef Jurtschitsch was the most highly awarded winery in Langenlois.
