firma - Italian for "signature" is a Super Tuscan influenced style blend of Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. Wonderfully balanced, getting its bright ruby color and black cherry fruit from the Barbera and Sangiovese. A great food with its balance of fruit and acid.
