Production Area: Single vineyard site of granite terraces from the northern part of the Rhône Valley.
Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah
Vinification: Grapes are picked manually and follow a classic fermentation. After a long maceration the wine is aged for more than 12 months in new or one-year-old oak barrels. The wine is fined just before bottling.
Bouquet - Full-bodied and concentrated, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, spices and mocha.
Taste - An intense wine with a complex structure that will age well for 10-15 years.
Serving Suggestions: Great with barbecues, grilled meat and game.
