Production Area: Granite soil prevalent in the excellent vineyards "Le Méal" and "Les Greffieux" in the Northern Rhône Valley.
Grape Varieties: 97% Syrah, 3% Marsanne
Vinification: A classic fermentation process includes complete de-stemming followed by long maceration. The wine is aged in new oak barrels for 18 months.
Color - Deep red color
Bouquet - Elegant aromas of red fruit, chocolate and spices along with well-balanced tannins.
Taste - A wine with good structure and a long finish. This wine will improve with age.
