 Symphorine is a delicate and generous wine of marvelous purity and focus in the heart of the Cote de Blancs. There is a pencil-y minerality beneath the loveliest imaginable fruit. A truly exquisite wine that shouldn't be missed.

 Jean Milan is a small, family-owned Domaine in Champagne. They produce small quantities of exquisite Champagne, combining a lovely mineral character with the most heavenly fruit character imaginable. The Jean Milan domaine consists of five hectares ( about 17 acres) in Oger, which lies between Mesnil and Avize in the Côte de Blancs. Average vine age is 25 years.
