It's a terrific example of modern bright Australian Chardonnay where fruit and texture are present with a hint of oak. Aromas of lemon meringue pie, fig, and some pineapple with a touch of vanilla in the background. This blend is nicely framed and has a lingering finish. TIC TOK Chardonnay should be great on its own or matched with shellfish and most fish in general or chicken and lighter meats.
