Deep crimson red. A dense and ripe nose showing sweet blackberry and cassis fruits, complemented by well handled cinnamon oak. Rich and powerful yet still maintaining a degree of stylish elegance, the
dark berry fruit and well integrated oak flavors are supported by
balanced acidity and finely structured silky tannins, leading to a persistent finish.
Recommended with herb-crusted lamb rack, served with Rosti of sweet
potato and basil, and a red wine glaze. The green herbs bring out a hint of herbaceousness in this wine.
