Vanilla and spice, ripe red apple and a touch of lees on the finish. Savory, complex and satisfying, a touch of minerality, tarragon and vanilla. Definitely a food wine. Pair this wine with roast chicken,
crab cakes, salmon, halibut, lobster, grilled mushrooms, fava beans and buttered corn.
"Easily as good as the winery's more expensive proprietary bottlings, this shows classic Russian River acidity and minerality, with flavors of tropical fruits, tangerines, golden apricots and limes. It's really rich, but classically dry, with a long, distinguished finish.
