Winemaker's Notes

Aged in 80% stainless steel and 20% French oak barrels for 9 months. This Pinot Gris expresses fresh pears and nectarines on the nose with hints of spice and lemon meringue. On the palate, roasted coriander seeds and lemon zest are complemented by lime notes and a crunchy, dry finish. It will be a pleasure to drink over the next 2-3 years. Enjoy with salads, fish, spicy food and even sausages!

Found this wine last year at a store on Cape Cod. Really happy to see it at wine.com. Crisp and dry Pinot. Just right for the summer.
