Our 2000 Chenin Blanc continues in the same style as past vintages of this perennial Husch favorite. Harvested in the cool, early morning and immediately crushed, pressed and racked to stainless steel tanks, the juice was fermented slowly at cool temperatures (48 degrees F) and immediately bottled to accentuate the fresh fruit character of the Chenin Blanc grape.
