The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon exudes focus, abundant with aromatics of bay leaf and black olive layered over notes of cranberry and raspberry. The mouth feel is well-textured with acid and tannin landing square on the palate. A challenging vintage for many growers in Northern California. If you were striving to makebalanced wines with true varietal character mother nature was on your side.
