The 2005 Su'skol Vineyard has matured to confi rm its personality. This is the 3rd vintage exclusively from this vineyard (in 2003 & 2004 it was bottled as Hess Collection Chardonnay) and the 2005 vintage is consistent with the 2004, yielding a concentrated Chardonnay.
Aromas of cantaloupe, guava, pineapple followed by a concentrated and rich palate of Asian pear, with a citrus fi nish. The bright acidity and creamy mouthfeel are well-balanced in the mid-palate.
