Wine & Spirits
This blend of shiraz (60 percent), grenache, mataro and viognier has the guts and tarry cut of a classic Barossa red, presented as light and airy rather than heavy and bold. The bright flavors head toward red raspberry preserves while cracked peppercorn spice keeps it savory, silky and long.
