A classic Alsatian grape variety, this Gewürztraminer is replete with the many
intriguing aromas of flowers, fruits and spices. It follows with a rich palate and
vivid fruit flavors which are complimented by a full body that transitions into a
long and pleasant finish.
Food Pairing: Spicy Asian cuisine, Chilean sea bass, smoked oysters, quiche Lorraine,
roasted chicken, turkey or as either an aperitif or digestive.
Not oo sweet, not too dry. Just RIGHT!
Great wine that reminds me of a good Torrontes, but without the citrus taste. It does have a taste that reminds me of freshly cut hay or grass.
