Winemaker Notes

The impeccably clean and steely nose presents a streak of limestone-inspired minerality laced with notes of lemongrass. As the wine aerates and opens up, a subtle, creamy vanilla aroma adds intrigue. Once on the palate, the lush fruit character plays very nicely against the bright acidity. This wine has great continuity from the first inhalation to the clean and bright finish.
