Fermented mostly in stainless steel tanks and refrained from malolactic fermentation, our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc possesses an assured
fruitforwardness, freshness, and focus. We harvested our grapes at the height of
ripeness and stirred the yeast lees after fermentation. The result is a rich wine
with layered texture. Aromas of pink grapefruit and Meyer lemon blossom are complemented by a lush cascade of guava and lychee on the palate carrying
through to a crisp, ringing finish.
