Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

Balanced off-dry, with passionfruit, peaches and pink lemonade flavors bursting through its juicy, electric palate, girded by thumping red slate.

Critical Acclaim

"Features a racy edge to the apple, green peach and citrus flavors. This is lithe and fresh-tasting. Crisp acidity lends zesty purity and verve to the finish. Drink now through 2018. 3,500 cases made."

Since its foundation, the estate has stayed in the same family, now in its...
