With aromas of blueberries, black pepper and spice, the 2005 Petite Sirah has lush flavors of raspberries and cocoa and perhaps a little
cedar. The rich and chewy flavors in the middle lead to a long, soft finish. Traditional fermentation in stainless tanks, before aging in
French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
This wine pairs well with rich, French or Italian foods.
